At IPEC, we have a large and well-equipped library with a rich collection of approximately 120,988 books, 84 print journals, 10,622 e-books, and 911 e-journals, covering various disciplines, including engineering, computer science, management, applied sciences, and humanities. The library also has a comprehensive collection of video lectures (NPTEL), reference materials, magazines, and newspapers to support and facilitate teaching, learning, and research activities.

The IPEC Library has institutional memberships with various professional organisations, societies, and library networks, which support the academic and research needs of its users. The major memberships include the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), Developing Library Network (DELNET), Computer Society of India (CSI), and National Digital Library of India (NDLI).

For resource sharing and borrowing books from other member libraries across India, IPEC Library is also a member of DELNET.

It is housed in a double storey with a carpet area of 1045 sq. m. It has an A.C. reading hall with a seating capacity for 300 students.
